However, l can only hope and wish that every interaction my business has with the public is as good as the “customer experience” l had with this company! To me it’s about, honesty, integrity, and transparency. Say what you mean and mean what you say. And from the very first interaction to last interaction there was clear, concise and consistent communication regarding the entire process! Begining with diagnosing what potential problem/possible solutions may be, to estimating job, availability to do job, through to completion of project. I was a little nervous when I called a local handyman for a for a tv and fireplace installation, but FIXRR Handyman exceeded every expectation. He arrived right on time, introduced himself, and explained the plan clearly, which made the communication feel effortless. The gentlman was professional, polite and moved quickly without cutting corners—showing true reliability and efficiency. The items were installed perfectly, and he checked that everything was level before he left. This review was long due from last November. Paul helped me with installing a full size stackable washer and dryer in a compact space. He was right on time for the appointment. We initially had issues with setting up the gas dryer because of the size of adapter. But Paul didn't give up, after checking multiple store both by Paul and I we were able to find the right adapter. And finally after 3 days the installation was complete. He is an Absolute gentleman, we had some really great conversation. Also he is really modest in his pricing. I definitely recommend him. I’m very happy with the work from FIXRR. Paul fixed the faucet and replaced the corroded clamp on water pipe quickly and efficiently. The response was timely, the problem was clearly explained, and the repair was done properly without any mess. Very professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. The entire process from request to completion was so smooth and explicitly identified. He even helped me to solve an additional issue within the scheduled time period. We’re happy that we found Paul as it’s not always easy to find a good, reliable handyman who is willing to look after general repairs. We had him do a number of small jobs that we couldn't find another handyman to take care of such as hanging light fixtures, replacing a faucet and front door handle, and fixing a railing. He 's also going to do a larger drywall job for us. He returns calls, shows up on time, is very capable and personable. He's also reasonably priced. His task smasher pricing is a great deal. This was my first time hiring FIXRR to install 3 new faucets in my home. The whole request process was easy. I submitted my request via the website’s intake form, and Paul called the next day to chat about the jobs, provide a quote and schedule the date and time. On the day of, Paul arrived at the agreed upon time, was professional, friendly and I felt at ease with him in my home. He did a great job installing my faucets. He had to run out to Home Depot to get a few pieces that were needed to install new water lines and shut off valves where there weren’t any before. I appreciated him talking me through problems he diagnosed with the current pipes so I could consider a plan going forward. He had me make sure there were no leaks for 24hours at all of the sites before he sent the invoice to me. I really appreciate the great job he did. I called for the 5 chores for $199 offer. We discussed the chores and I had sent pictures as requested. We booked a convenient time. Paul arrived on time and had all the tools he needed with him. We reviewed the work to be done and he got right to it. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. The work was well done. He even did another repair which 3 other people had tried to do but couldn't. I highly recommend him and will certainly use his services again. ~ L B

He uninstalled and reinstalled an interior door frame, reaffixed a basement stairwell railing, fixed several gates that were not closing properly and caulked around a window. Paul was very thorough and went above and beyond to get the job done. Our landlord had previously sent out a handyman who simply said he can’t fix it. Then, when we got Paul in, he tried finding a replacement leg for an appliance which was no longer manufactured.
